Hi! I am Chris. I am a friendly, positive, laid back person who grew up on the East Coast, but has lived in California for the majority of my life. With an undergrad degree in Playwriting, I was drawn to be a therapist later in life after I had gone through my own personal growth in the worlds of spirituality and emotional well being. I have a strong desires to help other's grow. I enjoy reflecting my client's stories back to them in order to help them gain insight while challenging false narratives when necessary. I am a guide with a lot of experience, but remain humble in session. I have a real interest in what my client's have to say and enjoy my small part in helping to shape their journey.

What i do:

Anxiety Therapy

Most of us experience anxiety in our daily lives. My goal is to help you manage it while simultaneously looking to for the source of the unease.

Depression Therapy

What a lot of people do not know about depression is that it is actually the result of more stress than typical anxiety symptoms. Depressed people are not lazy, they are overwhelmed. I am here to safety guide you out of your depression into a more active state of processing.

Somatic Management

Involving the body is an essential party of the healing process.  I incorporate somatic exercises in my work to help support you as a whole person. 

Mindfulness Practices

My mindfulness sessions provide tools and techniques to help you develop a greater sense of awareness, reduce stress, and improve your overall mental well-being.  Mindfulness is something that can be practiced daily to help your overall healing process.

Transpersonal Therapy

My transpersonal therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you to dive into the world beyond body and mind and explore what more life has to offer. 


 This approach is particularly beneficial for individuals who:

  • Feel a "spiritual void" or lack of meaning in modern life.
  • Are navigating a major life transition (divorce, career change, grief) and need a Rite of Passage.
  • Feel stuck in traditional talk therapy and need to bypass the rational mind to access deeper wisdom.
